Hi, I’m Sharn, a trauma-informed coach and founder of Breathe Again Coaching.

My mission is to support and guide women who are ready to heal their inner wounds and free themselves from the grip of anxiety, a disorder I fought with for over 30 years of my life, due to a traumatic and turbulent childhood and early life.

I found my way out, when I never imagined I could. But I never lost hope, and now, here I am, on the other side, free from anxiety, living a life that once felt like a faraway dream. As I look back at all that I have experienced and forward to all that is possible, I now understand my calling in this life. It is to reach out to you, however I can, and pull you out of the cycle of anxiety, so that you too can discover the life that awaits you on the other side.
